Knights Around the Table 2011 Cookbook

Knights Around the Table is the tenth cookbook published by the West Point Women's Club since 1966.  This edition contains more than 1,400 of the best recipes from members of the West Point community, alumni and cadet parents.  As a bonus, the book also features narrative about the history of the West Point Women's Club and entertaining by military spouses from frontier days, the Civil War era and even how one army wife "kept house" at West Point in the 1950s!  The dividers separating each section of recipes are adorned with exquisite drawings by our own Women's Club member, Janine Sangster.
